We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for this year’s Personal Injury Awards in association with Blume.
The PI Awards have been honouring excellence within the personal injury sector for 15 years, so it is a great privilege to be selected as a finalist.
Having served the personal injury industry for both claimant and defendant solicitors for over two decades, we applied for this award based on three pillars that have been important to us over the last year.
Technology
Starting with our client’s pain points, we have created some unprecedented systems to enhance how we interact and exchange information, such as automated & rapid triage assessments, interaction with the repairer network and a suite of apps & chatbots to enhance the offerings to their own customers.
The Team
From the Engineer’s Academy to support an engineer’s journey from rookie to fully qualified engineer through to the investment in technical training to keep up with the exponential change in cars equipment, safety systems, build materials and electric motors. We’ve never seen so much time into the development & progression of our teams.
Environment
In 2018 our engineers drove the equivalent of three times round the globe. We have revolutionised the assessing industry by utilising thousands of hyperlocal professional photographers fully trained to provide multiple high definition images of vehicles & their damage, allowing our qualified & experienced desk based engineers to assess them immediately. We have cut our mileage and thus carbon footprint down to just 18%, even taking into account a 15% increase in work.
We are a fully paperless office, plastic free & even use renewable energy suppliers. Our staff work from home whenever they wish, we’ve offered the cycle-to-work scheme since its inception & have recently introduced an electric car scheme.
The awards are being held at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate on 24th November & we look forward to seeing friends & clients new and old on the evening.
