Laird’s client booking portal launched
Laird are delighted to announce the launch of their booking app, designed to augment their customer service. Customers can book their vehicle inspections 24/7 at their convenience, within seconds, via an interactive cloud-based portal, sent to them via a link in a text message.
No downloading, just a simple few questions confirming the location & date of the inspection. Launched at the end of January they have already seen a 56% improvement in capturing customers who are unavailable via phone during working hours. Already on the third update, the team are keen to keep improving their customer experience offering.

Many drivers or policy holders can’t get to the phone during the day to book inspections so we created this portal to allow them to self-serve at their convenience.
