Laird Assessors has launched a ground-up rebuild of their highly successful image app.
The highly improved new app can be white-labeled for clients to give to their customers, speeding up assessment times from days to minutes & slowing more accurate FNOL triage assessments. In turn this increases efficiencies, reduces third party capture & ensures a claim is handled proficiently. This also allows a smoother workflow, helpful for the repairer and increasing customer satisfaction.
The app allows users to capture data required to make rapid assessments of vehicle, meaning near instantaneous decisions on salient points such as roadworthiness and whether the car is repairable or a total loss. It integrates seamlessly with SwiftCase, the omnipotent automated workflow platform, ensuring accurate data capture from the DVLA, Thatcham, Glass’s, Audatex, etc.
Nik Ellis said “Whilst simple to use this is an incredibly powerful tool for our clients; the time saving benefits translate to superior efficiencies & thus savings. The policy holder benefits from a very swift and clean customer experience.”
Laird are offering the app for free to their clients to augment the suite of services that they have been building over the course of this year.
