Junior Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)

The role of a junior VDA motor engineer is support for the desktop VDA engineering team, learning & focusing on vehicle damage assessment.

In time you’ll collaborate with various partners, such as bodyshops, insurance companies and accident management firms, while developing expertise in creating repair specifications and understanding the commercial aspects of automotive repairs.

Additionally, you’ll provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, and identify opportunities for upselling.

Your Responsibilities:

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic in-house engineering team, gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry. This includes:

  • Gaining expertise in assessing and evaluating vehicle damage using Audatex and Repair Estimate.
  • Learning to value a car correctly using Glass’s Guide, Percayso or CAP software.
  • Collaborating with bodyshops, accident management firms & other similar partners.
  • Developing repair specifications and gaining a deep understanding of the commercial side of automotive repairs.
  • Offering excellent customer support, addressing enquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
