Laird provide intelligence to the automotive world predominantly relating to crashed vehicles.  Utilising Swiftcase, an automation and AI platform, they have created a comprehensive & evolving system which controls almost every aspect from FNOL to invoice with only essential expert human intervention.

Traditional pdf reports are being replaced with the salient data insert directly into client’s management systems via API links so that clients and end users can interact or the system can trigger events.  For example, the car can be automatically moved to the approved body-shop, salvage agent (recycling) or smart repairer together with management of the repair until completion.

We were a pioneer of self-serve inspections.  Giving the driver a web-based link, the app talks them through the necessary images required for us to provide desktop reports.  Much of the report is compiled with AI with qualified VDA engineers collating the final product.  Environmentally better, cheaper and much quicker; now accepted by courts & insurers.

Repairers have access to our portal which allows immediate access to all their files, images, estimates with two-way interaction, and differing levels of access available, including higher level management information levels.

To assist body-shops we provide a white-label estimating solution, typically via Audatex, providing remote estimates swiftly.  Working to a repairer’s matrix (labour rates, paint index, any discounts, etc) estimates are compiled within hours, minutes if it’s urgent.

We provide a range of automation systems for repairers to assist with the management, communication & chasing of suppliers, policy-holders, insurers, referrers; anyone in the supply chain including AI assistants to assist with communication 24/7 in multiple languages either with natural language speech or as part of a chatbot / WhatsApp / web chat etc text.
